A Sneak Preview For Fall

The jewel tones are HOT for fall. I love the berry and teal shown here and there is a fabulous true red that is just amazing. I'll try to find a picture. Sometimes these bold colors are hard to wear, so that is why I included the picture of the fabulous little teal envelope clutch. You can always let your bag or shoes be the focal point of your outfit.

Also, note all of the long necklaces. I love the chic look of a simple top, wide leg trousers (forgot to mention that these also look like a big trend for fall) and a long necklace.

I'm so excited for fall. And we get a LOT of Banana at Castaways, lucky us, so don't miss any new looks coming in our doors!

Saturday was our best sales day ever!

These shoes are amazing!

These shoes will set you back $225.00 at J Crew. They are amazing, aren't they? So, here are your options if you, like me, can't afford to drop that much money on a pair of shoes:

1. Covet them. Imbed their image in your mind and check Castaways weekly until we get a similar pair in. You'll score similar shoes for under $20.00 and probably find a lot of other great buys as well.

2. Continue scouting the deals at Castaways. With the money you will have saved in a few months, you could probably even justify dropping the big bucks on those spiffy shoes. (And by then, they'll probably even be on sale!)
